Initially I thought how, but this person will make the 'transfer' through paypal and send you the receipt of payment. People will then make the payment for freight on the basis that they will shortly receive these funds in their account. \n\nFortunately for me there is no way I would have transferred anything without seeing the actual cash in my account but I know that there are vulnerable people out there who would not know otherwise.
