Boy breaks in to steal balloons

Concerns have been raised for the welfare of a young boy who was captured on CCTV breaking into an Osborne Park electrical store to steal balloons early yesterday.

The incident happened at Harvey Norman on Scarborough Beach Road in Osborne Park about 1am. The youngster, who appears to be aged as young as 10, used a brick to smash a glass front door and step inside.
